Emily Henderson is a trainee in Geriatric Medicine in the Severn Deanery. She graduated from Bristol University in 2002. Having completed general medical training she undertook a period of higher training at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, Australia which fostered international collaboration that evolved to support her current research projects. She is currently undertaking a PhD as a Parkinsons- UK Clinical Research Fellow examining the effects of cholinesterase inhibitors on gait and falls in PD. She is the South West lead for the Parkinson’s Excellence Network and the trainee representative on the BGS Movement Disorder committee.
