The Advanced MasterClass is designed for consultants, experienced Parkinson’s nurses, final year registrars, final year old age psychiatry registrars, GPwSIs, experienced neurosciences pharmacists, associate specialists and staff grade physicians. The course will advance understanding of Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders through taught sessions and mentorship (a mentor will be appointed for each participant where applicable).
Parkinson’s Advanced Masterclass 38A Module 1 & 2′ has been approved by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 27 category 1 (external) CPD credit(s). Full conditions of approval are listed in our guidelines.
12 External credits may be claimed for an MSc or equivalent activity.
Module 2: 8 & 9 December 2020
To complete the course delegates must return for module 2 where they will present their inter-module project/audit to the Academy. Failure to attend will result in the full cost of the course being charged to you. → Click here for module 2
The course will cost £850 (incl. VAT), which includes all meeting materials and an evening dinner for both modules. Accommodation is not included in the course fee and delegates are responsible for their own travel costs.
We can offer you a rate of £65 per night (incl. breakfast) at the course venue Halifax Hall hotel. Please let us know if you require accommodation when you apply for the course. The additional cost will be added to your course invoice, once your place is confirmed and we will book a room for you.
